There are many neighborhoods to love in DC, but perhaps none is as historically rich and multi-layered as Logan Circle, located in Northwest DC. With a storied past, a bustling present, and a bright future, Logan Circle is a neighborhood that will always be a significant investment.
Logan Circle started as Camp Barker; an Army barracks converted to a refugee camp during the Civil War. Following its wartime service, the area became a hub for development, which soon led to some of the old streetcar routes being laid in this area. This first use explains the layout of the area and the path of development throughout the 19th and 20th centuries.
