Russ Lyons

Russ is a graduate of the University of Maryland and has been a member of the DMV community for the past 15 years.

Russ grew up with exposure to and jobs in commercial and residential real estate development and construction, as well as property management. He has been investing in DC area real estate since 2015 with a focus on a buy-and-hold strategy. Also, he has served as a general contractor on residential renovations and has experience with property management of his buy-and-hold investments. Landscape design projects are another area of interest and enjoyment for Russ.

Russ’ professional background is in IT consulting for the federal government, with a specialty in User Experience and Human-centered design. Using these skills, he is passionate about making the home buying and selling process as transparent and optimized for his clients as possible.
