Nick is the Vice President of Sales at Eng Garcia Properties, overseeing 200+ clients and $100M in annual production. With licenses in Maryland, Virginia, and DC, he specializes in serving investors, developers, first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, and sellers. A Top 1.5% Realtor in the Nation for five consecutive years, Nick holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and has over six years of real estate experience. His diverse professional background includes roles at PNC Bank, Citi Bank, and the FDIC in regulatory and oversight.

Outside of his role, Nick is an active real estate investor with two multi-unit properties in Capitol Hill. Passionate about community engagement and entrepreneurship, he has been recognized by Google. Originally from Marlboro, New Jersey, Nick enjoys leisure time with his two daughters, Anya and Talia.
